Few warm words about ourselves:

Andy Didorenko – acoustic and electric violin, guitar, bass guitar.
Raised by the family of violinists, he surrendered to his destiny and went to Moscow to study. There, he realized that        two strings was the only difference between violin and guitar, and where a bass guitar was concerned, there was no difference at all. Subsequently, he applied himself to composing music and lyrics in team with Vassily Soloviev,               playing various string instruments along the way. His friends describe him as a generally nice, good-natured person, despite his tendency to write songs and fables.

Vassily Soloviev – flute, vocal, guitar.
A classic flutist by education who doesn't snub playing guitar, piano, maracas, and soccer. Together with his friend   and co-author A. Didorenko, he has composed the lion's share of the Project's music, and keeps doing so. Is mild    and delicate, even though some people from the Bolshoi Theater may disagree. In general, a pleasant, well-manne- red person, with all the imaginable consequences.

Alexander Akimov – keyboard, programming, sound engineering
Has followed the thorny path of a classical pianist from the music school to the conservatory. Having landed in Lost World, he immediately took upon himself everything he could, that is, playing the keyboard and handy percussion plus sound editing of all kinds, and, when the modern music technologies came along, programming as well. Untalkative, wise, sensitive to the right and wrong notes.

Veniamin Rozov – drums. Got involved with Lost World by his own free will in the fall of 2004. Singing the Beatles on Arbat and affection for drums had long ago led him to participation in bands Sagitarius, Veselye Kartinki, and Sun Forever. Having lent his compassionate ear to entreaties of Soloviev-Didorenko who had agreed to play at InProg2005 festival in two weeks, he poured into their environment instantaneously and added to Lost World’s concert performances his inimitable charmdrive.

Konstantin Yudin – keyboard. Gave the band a hand in May 2005 at InProg festival, having learned in only one week Simoom, Trajectory 1, etc. By performing them, involuntarily betrayed himself as a professional pianist. Possessed of vast spiritual wealth which he does not bother to conceal.

Yuliya Basis – pianist/translator. Sang along to Lost World as far back as 1994, while studying baby-grandism professionally. Translates LW into English. Constant partner of Didorenko the violinist in his classical recitals since 2002. Took part in recording the Elements and Sound Source. Sociable, cheerful, talkative in Chinese.

Alexei Rybakov, a singer, found his way to Lost World a little later than the others. He was discovered by Vassily Soloviev at the concert and, right then and there, was offered to sing a couple of songs for the Project. As a result, he participated in the making of Trajectories, as well as many "archive" recordings during 1995 - 2001. His star sign is Gemini; he is fine and sensitive by appearance. Can also be heard on the Vocal Band CDs.
